You can use your PRESTO card through 11 transit agencies in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA) and the Ottawa area. By using PRESTO you are also entitled to discounted travel on participating transit services.

Does PRESTO Transfer work on Yrt?

Does YRT accept Brampton transfers?
YRT customers moving to other Brampton Transit Services. All valid YRT fare means including paper tickets, paper passes and transfers are accepted as fare ONLY at connecting points from The Gore Road to Interchange Wayand at York University.

Do Brampton transfers work in Mississauga?
The transfer allows you to board a connecting bus route without paying an additional fee. The transfer will also be accepted by Oakville Transit and Brampton Transit at locations where these services connect to the Mississauga Transit service.
Can you transfer funds between Presto cards?
No, you cannot transfer the balance between two active PRESTO cards. If you cancel a PRESTO card, you can transfer your balance, passes and settings to a new card that has not been added to an account or to which a pass has been added.
